Enterprise Automation
DocuSign Automation
WordPress Workflow Automation with Intelligent Follow-Up
Per-user per-document state tracking
Zero manual intervention after setup
Automatic Multisite inheritance
The Problem
The client's document signing workflow was entirely manual — staff would collect form submissions, send DocuSign envelopes by hand, track signing status in spreadsheets, and manually follow up with users who had not signed. Across a WordPress Multisite network, this process was multiplied per site and completely unsustainable at scale.
The Solution
The plugin connects Gravity Forms submissions directly to the DocuSign API, automatically generating and sending envelopes when forms are submitted. A state-tracking engine monitors each user's signing status per document, and WordPress Cron powers intelligent follow-up emails on configurable schedules. The entire system inherits automatically across the Multisite network — activate once at the network level, and every sub-site gets the full workflow.
Why It Matters
This is zero-touch document automation — from the moment a user submits a form to the final signed document, no human needs to intervene. The per-user per-document state tracking is the hard part, and it runs reliably on WordPress Cron without any external infrastructure.
